Glenora Child Care Society is a not-for-profit, registered charity child care facility that has been serving families since 1975.
The Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, made up of parents from our child care program. The Board promotes the objectives of the Society, ensures its financial stability, and is responsible for the hiring and evaluation of the Executive Director. The Board meets approximately ten times per year to guide the overall direction of the centre through policy development and strategic planning.
Board members are elected each year at our Annual General Meeting, held each June.
